The same is the case with us. At the most only 20% of us in the VISIBLE, physical body; the remaining 80% being Non - physical and , therefore hidden from people around us i.e. Prarabdha (destiny created by Past Karma). *ॐ~Guru Tattwa, Poetyca,Prarabdha ~ॐ* What is FATE, LUCK, DESTINY, PRARABDHA (Samaskaras (accumulated impressions)(Destiny created the past karma)? Who does HE design and control every beings FATE ? Who is HIS Infrastructure ? Karma is the Effect of Thought-bad , good, or accumulated in ones Soul (in chitta, mind stuff,psyche) if not only of this birth but of all its past births. *ॐ~Guru Tattwa, Poetyca,Prarabdha ~ॐ* Once there was a King Sanat Maharaj, who used to go for hunting everyday with his Senapati (Army - Chief), Keshav Singh. One day while encountering a Lion, Sanat Maharaj got his little finger cut by his own sword. Keshav Singh was accustomed to utter, What GOD does is for better on every moment & event in life. HE did the same on this event. The King got furious,, saying that, in place of sympathing with him, his Senapati was talking the injury lightly, and saying that what God had done was for the better!. On return to the Palace, Sanat Maharaj punished Keshav Singh putting him in Jail. The next day, as per his usual routine, went for hunting alone, as no other Senapati had been appointed till then. While hunting, he went deep in the forest, where he noticed that some Tribals were chasing him, and soon they took him under their possession, for they were search of a man for sacrifice to their GODDESS, that day being their annual Festival. Sanat Maharaj told them that he was their King. The Tribals said that they did not recognize any King, they urgently needed a man for the sacrifice and they could not fetch handsome and better man than Sanat Maharaj. The King failed in all pursuation and he was overpowered by the Tribals strengh. He was taken to the Temple , given bath for the Slaughter before the Goddess. The Chief found that Sanats one finger was cut, hence un- acceptable to the Goddess for sacrifice. So, the King was let free. Now, Sanat Maharaj released how true was Keshav Sings statement. Had his finger been not cut, he would have been sacrificed that day. His life was saved because of cutting of his finger. Realizing his blunder , as soon as he returned to the Palace, he set Keshav Singh free from the Jail and told him the whole story. Sanat Maharaj expressed as to how mean he had been in putting Keshav Sing in jail for a true statement and he begged apology from Kasav Singh for his wringful confinement and fell sorry for the same. The Senapati said, Lord(Sir), you needed not feel sad or sorry for putting me into jail, for if I were not put into jail , but had joined you instead for hunting on the next day, you should , no doubt, have been saved , but I would have slaughtered . SO, THIS ACT OF YOURS WAS ALSO FOR THE BETTER.
