This 5 Day Challenge was created to help you make drinking water a daily habit. For this group we ask that you please 1) check in twice daily: am with your goal & pm with how much you actually drank 2) sign up with me as your free health and fitness coach (join the free membership at beachbodycoach/jpate04) 3) Be supportive and encourage one another Whos ready to get this challenge started? I dont know about you but I really need to focus on getting my water in this week. My goal=half my body weight in ounces. Anything over that is a bonus. Look for a post tomorrow morning where youre going to tell us what your goal is for the day. Hint: it should be half your bodyweight or at least 64 ounces. Have a great night!!
