This creature is called the Cebalrai. The Cebalrai is a mutant dinosaur from a game called Dino Crisis 3. In the game it is revealed that this creature was created genetically by an Artificial Intelligence known as Mother or MTHR for short. The biology of this creature is interesting. For starters it appears to have no eyes, is capable of releasing a strong bio-electric field to stun its prey, it can blasts some kind of plasma-like substance from its mouth as an attack and it can survive in the vacuum of space (though it is never revealed how MTHR accomplished that). It starts with two heads but later on grows a third head and it also has two tails. The purpose of creating this creature was to create a superior life from.
