This day and age it is near impossible to walk down the street and not see someone smoking an e-cigarette. Recently, due to NYC’s ban on e-cigarettes, and the FDA’s proposal to regulate the rapidly growing e-cigarette industry, e-cigs have been all over the news. Last month, Citizens Lobbying Against Smoker Harassment, CLASH, filed papers in Manhattan Supreme Court challenging the expansion of the city’s Smoke-Free Air Act to include e-cigs.
