This douchbag is now on my shit list. This fn guy Jonathan Gruber purposefully worked at misleading numbers with the Congressional Budget Office to get the ACA to pass. This is fraud at the congressional level. The Budget is protected by the constitution. The interference of which would be an act of treason if this guy was doing this for another country as the act is against the constitution itself thus an act against the nation as a whole, thus should be seen as possible insurrection in an effort to in majority disrupt the function of government of the United States. https://youtube/watch?v=G790p0LcgbI He says they misled the CBO in not counting certain items as taxes, yet the Supreme Court ruled the ACA is constitutional as the law can be enacted to control federally regulated interstate commerce through taxation. The problem is that everyones insurance except for Medicare is state governed and if this would not have been fiscally sound through due process then the Supreme Court did not have all the information needed to make an appropriate determination thus is a contempt of the Supreme Court. This case must be reheard with all the facts in order, including the purposeful deception of the Congress in order to enact the law in violation of Article 2 & 3 of the US Constitution 18 U.S. Code § 2383 - Rebellion or insurrection Whoever incites, sets on foot, assists, or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof, or gives aid or comfort thereto, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States. I dont care whether your GOP or an Ass if you are not an elected official you can and may be charged with insurrection if you further interfere with the constitutionally guaranteed due process whether it causes economic and security impacts or not.
