This group really needs some education on pot belly pigs. First their is no such thing as a teacup or micro pig its a term breeders use not a breed. Piglets should never be sold before 7-8 weeks of age. Their is no proof of a full grown 4+ year old pig that is under 40 pounds. A mini pig is anything under 350 pounds. Yes they grow 3-4 years. For a pig to be a sweet clean house pet it needs to be spayed/neutered. Pigs are not a easy pet and live 15-20 years. Please be ready for a destructive 4 year old for the next 15+ years. If interested in owning a pig please join the group called mini pig education. I have went to vet tech school and raised mini pigs for 5+ years. A responsible breeder will wean and sl at a proper age,vet check and spay/neuter their piglets before they go to new homes. They should also screen each person instead of selling them to whoever will give them the money.
