This handsome dude is finally neutered and ready for a new home!! Volt is a shelter favorite among our volunteers. Hes pretty hard not to love with his tall good looks. We think Volt is about 2 years old, and hes very lean, still needing another 15 pounds or so to achieve his ideal weight. Initially he was hard to read because he probably had never been away from home very much, but hes proved himself social with the females hes been kenneled with. Our impression is that hes a fairly serious dog, so maybe not the best choice for younger kids who love to play with their pets, but definitely a dog for an owner to be proud of. It also appears hes been crated in his life before, as he loads right up and doesnt complain.
