This has Been A Lovely & Busy Day for Me ! I am Tired and almost ready for Bed, but Decided to type this note!! I slept late today knowing I Had a DR. Appointment At 1:00 !! Well I was the 1st one in to see him this afternoon ! The Visit turned out very good ~ go Back in 4 months~ I had lost 3 more pounds which I was very glad ! My BP was up as usual since I have WHITE COAT SYMTROM ~ simply not scared but for some unknown reason My BP shoots up ~~ Thats Crazy~~ took my BP again and it came down almost 20 pts. Been drinking lots of water and eating correctly is the reason for the Weight Loss. Carl & I decided to go To Fayetteville tonight to eat Turkish Food at SHEREFE RESTAURANT !! Food was Most Delicious & The Atmosphere Perfect !! After this Wonderful Meal We Took in the movie AMERICA which we both enjoyed ~~ I Really did enjoy Today and YES the TURKISH FOOD is GOOD !! Now~~ I Am TIRED and Would Like To Say GOOD NIGHT & SWEET DREAMS TO ALL MY FRIENDS !!!
