This is Pearl, who is about two years old but a sweet, calm old soul in a young body. She has lovely manners and will be too soon searching for another quiet home to share as the devoted companion to someone who needs a gentle friend. Pearls adopter loves her dearly and she him, but he doesnt have much longer to enjoy her looking out for him as he has a terminal medical condition and is rapidly fading. Going from healthy to hospice in a matter of months is devastating enough. Worrying about the future of his beloved companion is something we are determined to spare him. Pearl is friendly with other dogs that are as gentle and well-mannered as her (boisterous dogs frighten her) and she is a perfect companion for a senior or someone who lives alone and needs an easy-care, loyal companion. She is current on vaccinations, microchipped, spayed and heartworm negative. She knows how to walk nicely on a leash, is perfectly house trained, and has neat and tidy manners.
