This is a customers Yamaha F310 acoustic. This model is often referred to as a beginners budget guitar but it is a good example how a budget guitar with a good setup can produce great results.This example is quite mature and needed some TLC. The action was unbelievable high so I shaved down the nut and saddle, reshaped the saddle, scraped and oiled the fingerboard, lubed the tuners, fitted new bridge pins, cleaned and restrung it with DAddario PB strings. The result has been fantastic, It now plays much better and has a wonderful rich tone helped by the mature woods.
