This is a really interesting video made by my favourite brand of protein powder Sunwarrior in Australia. I use protein powder everyday and often questioned what I was drinking when I would devour my sickly sweet chocolate shake with no sugar I had to ask myself what was in it. Sunwarrior tastes good and is GOOD. It is so easy to digest that I feel like I could go for a run straight after drinking it.
