This is a true picture of bankers they are exploited by every stakeholders but for wages we are forced to come on roads bank employees r back bone of economic growth of country but employees bone are brutally broken by stakeholders all employees are frustrated nervous to see the care n concern .they r committing sucied because of over load of job n risk bearing capacity of bankers reduced . they n their family always cheated in the name of bps why not pillai committee recommendations are implemented who are real culprits Mr Awadhesh Singh has already suggested way of Supreme Court to achieve respectable wage negotiation if dialogues are not providing fruit full result .Are we resort to indefinite strike rather 1 day as we already did for 2 days which gone in vain ?????????
