This is a very dire moment right now. Here it goes... My ex husband (whom I mentioned in my status about the #IceBucketChallenge that has Fabrys Disease) - a few days ago, he blacked out, fell and broke his hip. He went into surgery yesterday afternoon. Hes been sleeping; thinking the hospital gave him a little too much pain medication. I then get a text from his mother at 3:30am: Got a call from hospital at 2:30. They took him to ICU because he was unresponsive. We are here now with him. Hes sleeping but I really dont know what they are going to do yet. They want to do dialysis but his blood pressure is too low. Im entirely scared. Im in Washington and hes in Arizona... And I feel absolutely helpless. I would never, ever post anything like this... But Ive the strong feeling that I should be there... But I cannot afford the flight out there. I thought - the online world has so many perks to it, why not helplessly ask for help. It may be greedy, idiocy or whatever - but I need any kind of help to be there with one of my best friends whom needs to wake up!!! Please - if you can help me with any kind of funding, I will repay you back with everything that I have. Thank you for at least reading.
