Paul is a commercial lawyer with 20 years’ experience. He was formerly a partner at the leading Christchurch, New Zealand law firm of Cavill Leitch. There, he was involved in banking and finance, commercial property and related commercial transactions for large institutions and high net worth clients in the South Island of New Zealand. He and his family made the decision to look for new challenges – and we have no doubt that he has come to the right place! Paul will take leadership of Munro Leys banking and finance team and work closely with Senior Associate Shayne Sorby in managing the firm’s property transactions. Paul’s skills and experience will bring added strength and depth to the firm’s Commercial Group at a time of increased demand from our financial services, tourism, commercial property, resource and manufacturing sector clients.
