This is brilliant-...... People who constantly post about how messed up the church is should take a look in the mirror.There certainly are issues which need to be addressed. However, I think those issues should be addressed by people who are mature, skilled, equipped and have the authority to do so. My reference here is to posting on Facebook and how it is done..... To add, another issue I have is when someone who is a novice in the faith decides to rebuke elders. That is out of line but Facebook gives us the gap to do that.... And then to clarify on my original post, I think if people have an issue with the church and want to correct it, they should at least take the time to find out what is wrong and how to fix it, then rally the people to repentance... On Facebook people tend to make blanket statements which they personally have no insights into and have no intention of becoming part of the solution.... What I have noticed on Facebook is that the more mature ministers are less focused on what is wrong and are more focused on how we fix it - I.e. We all know there is a problem.. What we need are those who can guide us towards a solution, those who carry the wisdom of God and not a mere novice calling the house of God to order. -Ps Marco Jacobs [edited version]
