This is general perception, Make yourself cool, and than first step. 1 Dont go to average your wrong trade on sell side or buy side at least next 3 days because some data suggests after 3 days one sides rally took reversal for some % which will help you. 2. Wait for 3 days , and than will cool mind average one trade, because I believe that by one attempt of average after wait, can get you out of loss. 3. Do no initiates new position during that period of time.( in other scripts) 4. Do no try to do hedge or other Scripts as buy or sell what ever. 5. Once or twice will that happen that you have to cut your positions in loss other wise , I believe that you will get out of it without loss after average sell in trade. 6. Always believe in your fundamental study never ever run to buy or sell without any information about it, Understand it and than do that. 7. Never ever run for too many advises make your self cool and take your decision after studying the macro levels.
