This is hands down the WORST internet provider I have ever come across in my life. Not only is the service extremely subpar and outrageously expensive, but the customer service is unfriendly and provides a series of temporary fixes to permanent problems... And even requires repeated phone calls for these poor fixes (11 times now in the last 2 months). They should be extremely disappointed with the service they provide their customers and I would certainly advise going elsewhere if you have the option. Sincerely, Speaking for everyone
