This is just the tip of the iceberg. French policy in Africa is pure evil and has been like that for ever. It is no surprise that most of these countries barely have any kind of economic growth worth talking about. Some would say well, countries on the african continent are known to always self inflict pain. And I say, what about Haiti? It has the poorest economy in the western world, and guess what... it was colonized by the french and is subject to the same terms of economic exploitation described below. Coincidence? Convince me.
