This is me raw no filters ...no tan( noshave)...building on a better foundation than I feel I have ever had. Everyday life requires strong desire to be independent and succeed especially if you have kids that look to you for guidance. I dont need pats on the back ...I dont need recognition. People that know me know I use to be fat and lazy! 315lbs...Yep I said it fat and lazy I can say that about myself and be okay...Im talking about me. I would never say that about others or make fun....hello I was there!! Real talk...someone should of been real with me years ago but I wouldnt of listened. I would of cussed you out...your life is just that your life. Live it how you want but be healthy screw the scale I hate it...only kept it for coach. Screw the magazines and barbies of the world....! Yesturday a Co worker told me towards the end of competition I was looking like a crackhead. .. (tooskinny) Whelp it aint about you. It was my journey and it continues the same person that thought I was too skinny thought I was too fat before I started lifting. Prepping some just dont get it..you dont have to. My point dont do anything for someone else...do it for you...be YOUR OWN reason! Perfect just isnt something I want to be....only thing I want to be is better than I was yesterday!
