This is what Lisa had to say about our 12 week challenge.....I started this group hoping for a change. Needing someone to challenge me and knowing the one to do it would be Katie Carroll. Always an inspiration to me. I didnt expect the change I got. I have gone from 142 llbs.- 124 lbs. and lost more than 3 in.off of my chest, hips and thighs and 4 off my waist. No more of my family calling me thunder thighs. Thank you Katie.... I am so Happy and Excited to be going to Bomicon with you. I am stepping out of my comfort zone! Love you girl!
