This is one of my all time FAVORITE videos of Emma. Emma was a late talker and she is about 3 in this video. Emma has always been very weak across the board. When she was learning to talk, her muscle weakness made it very difficult for Emma to form words. When she actually began to talk, she would use the tone in her voice to mimic what a word should sound like. Emmas muscles were to weak to actually form the words, but she was finding a way to communicate in her own way. I LOVE watching the wheels turn in this video as she is figuring out how to sing her songs with me. It can still be hard to understand Emma sometimes, but this video shows how far she has come. Emma continues to inspire us all as she shows the world that anything is possible with a determined heart. Thank you all for your love and support!
