This is really the first time in our country’s history when Filipinos are getting a close up and clearer view of the well organized illegal, fraudulent and corrupt activities in the government. And they appear to be bigger under the present administration in terms of the amount involved especially in the use of lump sum discretionary funds particularly the Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) and the fund for Disbursement Acceleration Program (DAP).
