This is something we believe to be really important to share with you: Stemming from a class action lawsuit questioning the validity of claims of "All Natural" and accusations of containing GMOs, PepsiCo, owners of Naked Juice, have agreed to set up a $9 million dollar fund to be divided among consumers who have purchased eligible Naked Juices from September 27th, 2007 to August 19, 2013. While part of the settlement provides that Naked Juice can continue to deny these claims, we have decided that Naked Juice no longer has a place on Earthlight shelves, and as of two weeks ago, we stopped carrying Naked Juice. If you have purchased Naked Juice during the time period stated above, you can make a claim as a member of the class action, and possibly receive a cash payment from the settlement.
