This is the condition of Tata today. No one told Roxan the dog was only refrigerate and not frozen. The level of uncaring coldness here has reached new heights!! This is disgraceful and to know that two animal rights attorneys and an animal advocate KNEW or should have known this was happening and did nothing is just incomprehensible!!! These people should hang their heads in shame and crawl back into a cave in my opinion. I feel shamed and I had nothing to do with this and Roxan had nothing to do with this. Its just SO disrespectful to this dog and to Roxan. I have no more words to describe what I see here.
