This is the most real message Ive heard in awhile. Its a message preachers shy away from because its a offensive message, but a message every single Christian needs to hear. The truth is the gospel have been watered down and the power of it has been diluted of its conviction. The power of the gospel is to make us aware of the seriousness of the secret sin within our lives. We live in a state of iniquity and have became comfortable because the true gospel have been stripped and replaced with a unoffensive gospel that is absent of conviction. Its the serious state of knowing our true position that will lead us to realizing we need a savoir, we need a transformation from darkness, into the marvelous light of salvation. He stated a little truth makes deception acceptable, and thats what were adhering to. Were accepting a little truth that makes a life of iniquity acceptable in our minds. Because were members of a church or say a token prayer here and there, we believe that it somehow places us in right standing with God. The only thing that brings salvation is a true heart that is willing to lay down your life, surrender your life totally to Jesus, and pick up his life, for the rest of your life. The message is real, think about it, is the power of God to convict you,and bring you into his love.
