****** This is to all the people who were involved with the Sochi Dogs rescued up to this point -whether at the shelter, translating and arranging flights as well as transport, adopting etc etc ---this is the first dog helped with the crates used origionally to bring over dogs from Sochi, Russia. There are 6 kennels so far and 3 are being donated to Karen Metatawabin Wesley when she comes down in August and 3 were donated to Chrissy Wade for use in the far northern fly-in communities. Today this pup was attacked by a bear and was able to fly out from Deer Lake to a vet by Chrissy Wade in a Sochidogs kennel - thank you all and prayers for a safe recovery for the pup
