This is to inform everyone about the discussion and work assigned in todays meeting. We roughly have database of 400 companies but our target is to surf about 600 companies which will be collected soon. So now its time to act upon the gathered database which will be presented before us in #Dropbox ....so everyone is required to hv dropbox ..and give their respective ids to Vikas sir..either on whatsapp( 76 96 861517) or mail to gvikas9406@gmail ..so that they can be added to a group there. Now, whats the work to be done. Everyone has to pick the name of one company form the excel sheet daily in dropbox n there would be a column named #studentname ...so leave ur name there as soon as u pick any company n start working on it and prepare a #wordfile which should be attached after ur work on that company to the companies name at dropbox. The content that the word file should carry are :- ◆ It offers training or placement (yes/no). ◆ Will come for a seminar or not(yes/no). ◆ Could a technical visit be conducted there or not (that could be seen in terms of distance from chandigarg and companies will)? ◆ Whether it is a below level , in level or above level in terms of standard of UIET , package, core electrical or not ,this way as u felt after surfing about each and everything. ◆ Profile of company. ◆ Sectors in which it works (products). ◆ Milestones ( past 2 years , future plans or projects). ◆ Offices and manufacturing plants. ◆ Extra comments (job profile that we should carry for placement in that company or something that is felt important should be included). ★ Company link (from where u hv picked the information). ■ This file should be concise (1 page only) or max. 2 pages. ■ Everyone has to work on daily bases till Monday ..so there are 5 days and every member this way will work atleast on 5 companies till Monday ...else depend on ur dedication (can work more too) and update that on Dropbox daily. ■ Atleast 4 word files must be prepared by every menber (this is applicable to #Vikas sir too). ■ If anyone has some kind of problem...and work cant be done ... Please report that to vikas sir with a valid reason in form of an essay of 200 words. ■ For any further queries....please contact #Vikas sir. N guys it is all upto us and is for our benefit only...so please everyone now work seriously and complete this task by Monday. ☆ Everyone without the work will be suspended from tpc.
