This is true, but again, lets put this into proper context. If you spend all your time worrying about that negative thought, trying to shove it out of your mind and that pesky bugger keeps coming back, its time to hang out with it and have a chat. Because whats worse than a passing negative thought is a negative thought that festers, thats what really does harm to the immune system. Allowing your emotions to process properly creates healing, even on a cellular level. In the back of my book I have a little game I play called My life sucks. Ok its silly and dramatic, but playing it can help me get to the core of why I may be having these negative thoughts and do a little cow tipping. If youre willing to take a little time to do the dirty work, the heavy lifting and get deep into those nooks and crannies of doubt and fear, they are less likely to have lasting effects. betsychasse.net/sacred-cows/
