This is what my LEG DAYS consists of…(WATCH!) || These exercises will help erase the dreaded chicken leg syndrome a thing that affects most men (myself included). The leg muscles are a much larger muscle group than the upper body, and they require much more work if you want to increase their size. From my own experience I’ve learned with some persistence, perseverance and by adding some of these exercises below, it won’t be long until you find yourself with a nice set of legs and butt to match, because as I’ve been told by many of my clients women like a man with a butt too.
