Mr. Weah has successfully surrounded himself with stooges and loyalists whose cardinal interests is not to safe-guard the people’s political sojourn but rather create economic security around their families and their many concubines. Mournfully, Mr. Weah’s strategy of weakening the political leadership in the CDC in order to inject a strong personality and wield unquestionable influence, fails to consider the contemporary Liberian political terrain, which has undergone so much drastic transition.
