This is your chance to do something for your friends, neighbors and other retirees and employees at SRHS. There is an estimated $140 million dollars missing from the retirement fund, but the empoyees were compelled to put in every dollar they owed long years after the Hospital secretly quit contributing, deceiving everyone. Let me be very plain. I consider that fraud, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and for a time a deliberate cover up have all occurred. This did not come from the bottom but from those at the top who did it and thers who knew it or otherwise were complicit in it. If Kevin Holland and the few others in a position to do so terminate that plan, I doubt you will ever see a penny of the missing $140 million dollars. For now, Judge Jaye Bradley has courageously enjoined temporarily the termnation of the fund. It must stay open until her Order changes and in the meantime the money must be replaced for you to receive your pension you were required to pay for, as was the Hospital, So, here is what you can do? Are you helpless? No, you are not, and what you can do is to contact your supervisor today, this weekend, at home, at church, on the phone, where they drink coffee and insist that he back up the Court and ask the Court to extend the Order to forbid the termination of the retirement plan until we get the money back. Tell them Monday is too late to meet and that you want them to support you in Court Monday morning in Lucedale, not just be meeting to talk in Pascagoula , which is the plan now,while Court is happening, the battle for your retirement is being fought, in Lucedale.
