This knife is called “The Caper”. I made it in 2010 but cleaned the brass up the other day. The blade is made of O-1 tool steel and I blued it before hardening and it created a sort of mosaic on the blade (hard to see). This type of knife is used for skinning in close quarters. The handle is Curly maple with brass spacers and 18Kt gold screws. Another 30+ hour knife. Oh yeah, it’s razor sharp….. ; )
