This morning I begin, as promised, the debate on candidate - TopicsExpress

This morning I begin, as promised, the debate on candidate Buhari. The modu is to take the debate in series under different topics. In this connection, I shall start with - BUHARI AS A MUDERER. This shall be in two parts. Part 1 shall deal with the killing of Bathlomew Owoh in 1984 for an offence which was not part of our Laws then. I shall quote extensively from the book -Witness to Justice by Rev. Fr. Mathew Hassan Kukah at pages 230-233. Tope Adebayo, Abiodun Atobatele, Najeem Oyewumi, Uncle Olubiyi Odunaro, Alhaji Oshine Oyedeji Banjo Olaniyan, Adedoyin Banjo, Tomi Soboyejo, Rotimi Alli, Adeyemi Adebanjo, please feel free to share your views and experience with us. BUHARI AS A MURDERER - PART 1. our concern here is to show that the Buhari govt had made up its mind to execute these young men even before the trial commenced.....Mr. Owohs execution was based on a crime that had been committed five months before the commencement of the penal statute......Major General Buhari, the head of state then under whose authority the retroactive Decree was issued should be tried for murder...... in addition, it is in evidence that the federal Attorney General at the time brought the unlawfulness of the execution of the deceased to the attention of the Head of State, who proceeded in disregard to the advice of the Attorney General
