This morning over 60 people converged on the Cayuga Power Plant on Cayuga Lake in Lansing, NY. We are demanding the permanent retirement of the facility and a just transition for Lansing. We have made our voices heard, we will not power our homes with toxic fracked gas or coal from mountain top removal that is poisoning our friends, families, and neighbors in Appalachia! This is just the beginning of a Fearless Summer! Our communities are under attack, no tar sands, no coal, no frack! We will fight back!
