This recent letter made my day! ************ Hi there, I rarely ever bother to email feedback to anyone simply due to time constraints (though I do feel like people need to hear more positive feedback in their lives) but holey moley, your Pizzelle Handmade Italian Wafer Cookies made my mouth water tonight. I am a first time buyer and bought them on a last minute thought while waiting inline at Terra 20 in Ottawa. I was returning something and they caught my eye. I struggled between the chocolate or ginger and alas, came out with the ginger. Upon the first bite, I am hooked. As someone who has been gluten intolerant for over 12 years, this is amazing. I have never really bought into the packaged products that are labeled gluten free since I had to fend for myself starting at age 17 but well, this is money well spent. What I love even more is that I do not feel like I want to finish the package. I feel satisfied after eating one and a bit which is awesome.
