This story is called: Quiet please I am on a train headed to London. I am a big fan of quiet, so I purposely booked a seat in the quiet carriage. Not the chatty carriage, not the lets all eat packed lunches as loudly as we can carriage and not the lets start the hen do early carriage. Some of these women will need to dip their tongues in a bucket of cold water when we arrive at Euston! Plus I went to the trouble of reserving a table seat with a power socket ... Wanna guess if I got one? I definitely feel a letter of complaint coming on. Oh and just in case you think I am in a mean mood today, I wasnt to start with. I even gave my seat to a fat old man on crutches who needed more leg (and arse) room. To be fair I probably wouldnt have given it him if I had got a table with a socket though.
