This thoroughly disgusted me bright and early in the morning, as I pass through the toll booth for a bridge just past Newburgh, Ny. I notice a Mountain Dew sleeve advertisement on the boom barrier. (The arm that come up when you pay your toll) We can no longer expect our government to manage our money properly, to the point where they are whoring out more and more publicly owned space for revenue building. I know many of you might think Oh well this is great at least this will lessen our tax burden, and that is just bullshit. The government needs to be seperate from free enterprise In the same way as it must remain religiously neutral. This neutrality is even more important than separation of church and state because all americans are affected. The simple bottom line is, there is more than enough revenue if those given the responsibility of spending would do so wisely.
