This time last year, I had 2 job offers and steady employment. I quit my current job at the time and accepted 1 job and let the other place know I accepted employment elsewhere. Two days later, my new job canned me and refused to tell me why. Well, I refused to leave their office without an explanation and they threatened to call the temp agency I was hired through. That didnt shut this bull headed girl up and I cussed him out. I was very angry that I quit a job and have up a job to accept a job that would in turn fire me for reasons of its not working out. Eventually the temp agency called my cell phone and demanded I leave the property immediately to which I said a few choice words to her, also. Eventually the district manager called me in their office and gave me a reason so I left. I managed to get myself fired from two places within 1 hour. LOL I called the place I first rejected employment from and luckily for me, I started the following day. I was so nervous about being unemployed, knowing my husband would divorce me over my employment status and having my car repossessed, that everyday for a month I went to work waiting on someone to tell me I wasnt a good fit for their office. One year later, I couldnt imagine being anywhere else and these guys I work for/with truly are good bosses. Moral of my story? Just bc youre down and out today doesnt mean the sun wont shine tomorrow. Im still employed, still married, and still driving my car. However, in my family, I still hold reign queen for most terminations of employment. Lol not everyone can say theyve been fired twice within an hour..
