This to date is the hardest status I have ever had to post. Tonight as my family and loved ones surrounded my pop dukes at his bed side we watched as he took his final breath. Saying goodbye for now to the greatest man Ive ever known is truly the hardest thing I have ever had to do. My heart is broken but knowing that hes with Jesus (and as my girl -whos 5- pointed out... Angela) and no longer in pain. It hurts but our faith is strong. Thanking God for the time we had with him and the legacy he leaves behind. Daddy... I love you and already miss you so much.
