This unique, disturbing and artfully written and read documentary of one mans real experience in Gaza under siege is long...3+hours. And in this short attention span age, thats a challenge. But I would urge you to watch it in the increments of time that you have. The Palestinians in Gaza have experienced 3 attacks by Israel in the last 6 years - today is the anniversary of Operation Cast Lead - the first of these three - that began in late December 2008. During this Israeli operation thousands were killed and injured in Gaza. Vittorio Arrigoni, an Italian human rights activist and writer, kept a daily diary of his experiences and reflections during the operation - the diary was later published under the title Restiamo Umani / Stay Human. Restiamo Umani – The Reading Movie was released in 2013. The book is read in its entirety during the film by a human rights activists, family members and Palestinians. If you have not seen it (or read it), you should.
