This was an email sent to the Mona Shores Superintendent and School Board and I thought I would share it with our Sailor Nation. Thank you Tonya and Mike for the kind words. WISE! Dear Sir, My wife and I have sat in the front row on the 50 yard line at Michigan Stadium for more than 25 years. We have witnessed many recruits visit the Big House with aspirations to play B10 football. We have had the pleasure to meet many of these fine young men along with their families and high school coaches. Today, your head football coach brought his entire football program to the game. A large group of seniors sat behind us. They were respectful fans and enjoyed the game. In addition, they were polite and engaged in conversation with others around them. In our 25 years, we have never met a group of student athletes as those we met today from Mona Shores High School. It is very evident that your coaching staff has had a significant impact on this group of young men. Keep leading tomorrows generation.
