Mr. Frank Martin - Producer/Director email liberty1@eleventhday Eleventh Day Entertainment, Inc 10200 Sepulveda Blvd. #170 Mission Hills, Ca. 91345 Mr. Frank Martin -- I am excited to see this movie when you come to Fort Lee, VA on 9 May at 1330 - I do have a question has anyone approached you about supplying information on H.R.411 - Fort McClellan Health Registry Act - Women and Men who were stationed at FT McClellan were exposed to chemicals and radiation - it is to be a list of each individual who, while serving in the Armed Forces, was stationed at Fort McClellan, Alabama, during the period beginning on January 1, 1935, and ending on May 20, 1999, and who: (1) applies for care or services from the VA; (2) files a claim for compensation on the basis of any disability which may be associated with such service; (3) dies and is survived by a spouse, child, or parent who files a claim for dependency and indemnity compensation on the basis of such service; (4) requests a health examination from the VA; or (5) receives such health examination and requests inclusion in the Registry. Requires the Secretary, upon request, to provide such health examination, as well as consultation and counseling with respect to examination results. I hope that a few minutes can be given to offer links and information to those who have trained there or know of others who have. Getting this information out is very important as many women and men have yet gained the knowledge of this Bill or know of the types of disabilities known to come from exposure. I have no desire to take away from your message but just would like to offer the information to those who may want to do their own search for information. Respectfully, Debbie Kilpatrick WAC 1975 - US Army 1976-1979 Spec 4 Home address 1722 Hickory Hill Road Petersburg, VA 23803 cell phone 804.835.4219 thank you for taking the time to read this.
