This week was a tough one having lost two wonderful people from our parish Iris B. Castilleja and Juan Big John G. Reyes, Jr. Both of these loved ones were a perfect example of how we should live our lives. We should always strive to treat everyone like they did. To listen to their family members speak of Iris and Big John it was obvious their family was most important in their lives. They touched so many people since it was obvious of the turnout at both funerals. Holy Family Church has suffered a loss because trying to find two dedicated parishioners/volunteers to replace them will be difficult. Why? They each did the work of several people. Iris and Big John you will be missed and will never be forgotten. I want to publicly thank these two families for the confidence they placed in me and it was extremely an honor having served your beautiful families.
