This weekend Enrique Carrillo said that he has a morning ritual. I decided to try this. Everyday right after the alarm goes off I have a reminder go off on my phone. It reads U got this. U are incredible & U are extraordinary.After I make Michaels shake in the morning I do 20 minutes (I will eventually do more, but Im just starting) of lifting and read a good book for 10 minutes (Attitude 101 At the moment). That sets the mindset for the entire day and I can tell a huge difference in my motivation and productivity. Who knew!?!?
