This weeks Recipe: Grille Chicken Fettuccini I enjoy cooking for my family and friends, but I do not enjoy cooking all day so here is an easy Grilled Chicken Fettuccini recipe that will only take 30 minutes to prepare and is easy to cook. Ingredients: 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts 1 1lb. Box of Fettuccini Noodles 1 8oz carton of Heavy Whipping 2 Tablespoons Margarine ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese 1 cup Italian Dressing 1 teaspoon Olive Oil Italian Seasoning Garlic Powder Salt Pepper Step 1 – Pour Italian Dressing into a zip lock bag and add the Chicken Breast in to the bag to marinate while you complete step 2. If you are going to cook your chicken in the house preheat your oven to 350 degrees. If you are using your BBQ grill turn it on and heat it up. Step 2 – Add water to a big pot and add Olive Oil, bring to a boil. Once it is boiling add the Fettuccini to the pot and watch it to ensure it does not boil over. Cook until desired tenderness for your tastes and then drain and rinse the Fettuccini in a colander. Step 3 – Grill Chicken Breasts on the BBQ grill until the internal temperature is 180 degrees. If you are cooking in the house, grill the Chicken Breasts in a pan until brown and then finish cooking in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until the chicken is 180 degrees in the center. Step 4 – Once the chicken is cooked put aside and start preparing the Fettuccini sauce. Step 5 – In a large pan melt the Margarine and add the Heavy Whipping Cream. When the Whipping Cream simmers add the following seasonings to taste; Italian Seasoning, Garlic Powder, Pepper and stir. Let simmer for 1 minutes and then turn off the burner add the Parmesan Cheese and stir until mixed and smooth. Ensure the burner is off because the cheese will clump up so it is best to add the cheese after the burner is off. Once all of the sauce is smooth add the Fettuccini and mix it together. Step 6 – Add the finished Fettuccini to the dinner plates and top with the Grilled Chicken sliced and then enjoy with your family and friends. Possible Variations: Add Chopped Bacon or fresh Streamed Vegetables to Step 5 to make it different. Grilled Shrimp is a good substitution for the Chicken Breasts.
