This will be overturned in a higher court and if justice exists this judge will be disbarred. There is no law, constitutional or not that grants the authority to the courts or government the ability to dictate names of people based on any reason. Further the 1st amendment of the US constitution deems the government cannot make laws that force religious preference on others. The judge deciding the name "Messiah" is limited to a religious figure is therefore unconstitutional because it limits freedom based on religion alone. That being said, what is this mamma thinking to name her child Messiah? The poor kid will be picked on and then grow up to be a serial killer or have a "God Complex".
