Though Im a little hungover - well maybe especially because Im hungover - Im having one of those life is good moments that are so frequently found on Facebook. Its like acceptable bragging, I guess. Or maybe it just sucks to be you right now not sitting here with me on the balcony of Mark & Beths Key West paradise; but wait you ARE sitting here so its not bragging its sharing and that means caring. Theyve chosen a place by the cemetery this year. The only noise Im picking up on is the riot of over-growing foliage in all directions, every palm and bougainvillea, fruit trees and old homes hugged with ivy, mourning doves on telephone wire, a black cat with white feet walking without haste down the center of the sidewalk like all of this is hers, and theres a breeze that plays it all like a harp.
