Thought this was an interesting video to watch in the middle of my work day. As a personal trainer and fitness geek/freak, I know that there shouldnt be fit/fat shaming and that everyone should be respectful towards others in how they look and how they go about their business. Although this is true, spin the table around, being fat/overweight/unhealthy is not something that should be promoted as something that is good or okay and especially not something that should reflect as an example to our kids and the younger generation.
