Thought this was worth drawing attention to as there are many who try and lower the debate into a Scots/English thing but I believe this article shows that people are being mistreated and not clearly not given the opportunity to live to their best across the UK despite protestations of how Better Together the Union supposedly is. We are being given an opportunity to take back control and with it responsibility with which we can try and do something better for the people, country and society by addressing the conditions endured by the selfish unequal conditions the current system is imposing on us. To those that feel we are abandoning the rUK and try to portray this as an English/Scottish divide, I would say look to this article (and the numerous others!) and see that Westminster and existing political models have to change before we can begin to rebuild. By going Independent Scotland has the opportunity to make that change, not only for ourselves but by being different and potentially offering a guiding model for those enduring poverty, inequality and poor quality of life south of the border and elsewhere too. We are not leaving, we are leading!
