Three Counties divided their group to sab the Cotswold Vale - TopicsExpress

Three Counties divided their group to sab the Cotswold Vale Farmers Hunt & The Ross Harriers today. The CV met at Apperley and appeared to have Croome members with them. There was a much bigger field than normal, about 45. It was a frosty morning but the sun was out and scenting conditions didnt seem good as the hounds were quiet most of the day. The large area of land in the Apperley, Leigh and Norton area was not easily accessible but sabs stayed close to the hunt as much as possible. A couple of foxes were seen running to safety away from the hounds. Sabs caught a bit of handkerchief flapping by support to indicate they had seen a fox but were in the right place at the right time to stop any killing. The hunt blocked the road and caused a few traffic jams throughout the day as per usual, nobody else would be allowed to get away with it! The CV called it a day as the light faded around 4pm and returned to Apperley Hall Farm. See you soon CV, as you said, we get about a bit ....
